Botanical section in Higashiyama Zoo & Botanical Gardens was opened in 1937 and boasts the most historic greenhouse in Japan. Flowers in cherry blossoms corridor, rose garden, plum flower garden, camellia garden, etc. nearly flourish every month of a year. The 134-metre high Higashiyama Sky Tower provides a bird-eye view of the entire garden, Nagoya downtown and its surrounding area.
